Starting in 2020, Chronic Pain Warrior Workout debuted on Facebook and Instagram with fellow Chronic Pain Warrior & Certified Personal Trainer, Velma Maynard-Jacobs as its coach. She wanted to create a program that was accessible and effective for adults feeling physical pain & discomfort from sedentary lifestyle, previous injuries or mobility issues. After years of research and development, this program now offers a video bundle of 20 workouts that are fun, challenging, and produce real results.
